Title: Manufacturing Tech - Cell Therapy

POSITION SUMMARY-
Responsible for clinical manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies (mAB) Drug substance within the Cell Culture Technology Center (CCTC). Collaborates closely with biological development (BD) and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) for new product introductions and ensure platform alignment.
• Responsible for all aspects of clinical manufacturing in the following areas: Cell Expansion, Cell Culture, Differentiation, Filling, Visual Inspection, Solution Preparation and Weigh/Dispense.
- Cell Culture Maintenance: Prepare and maintain cell culture environments, including media prep, cell counting, and growth monitoring.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks, following strict protocols for contamination prevention.
- Data Recording: Accurately record data on cell growth and production metrics to ensure reliability.
- Collaboration: Work with Quality Assurance and Production teams to meet production targets
Skillsets:

SUMMARY

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
Under general supervision from the Director of Policy and following agreed-upon policy objectives and plans, the Associate Director of Policy is responsible for developing a variety of policy positions related to public health care systems. He/She/They will work in close partnership with the CAPH government relations team, CAPH members, and external partners to effectively support public health care system goals and strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead work on a portfolio of state and federal policy issues on behalf of CAPH and its members. This may include analysis, the development of recommendations, and engaging with state and federal departments and external stakeholders to advance this work.

SUMMARY
Directly reporting to the Vice President of Finance, General Counsel, this position is responsible for analyzing, supporting and developing financial, policy and operational initiatives that strengthen the ability of public hospital systems to meet their long and short-term goals. This position is responsible for participating on and/or leading project teams and certain policy areas under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, General Counsel; communicating the results and implications of financial data analyses to staff, stakeholders, and members; and building external relationships with member leadership, California state administration and other stakeholders. It is essential that this position seek to understand CAPH’s strategies, goals, and interdependencies to effectively and efficiently develop policies and execute on legislative initiatives. This position is classified as exempt.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
Under general supervision from the Vice President of Finance, General Counsel and working with the other members of the CAPH finance and policy teams, the Senior Finance Health Care Policy Analyst is responsible for developing, leading or supporting the analytical and financial work required in the support of policies and programs which further the interests of public hospital systems in California, particularly in the areas of health care financing for low-income individuals and the impact of health care reform on public hospitals. Key responsibilities include:
§ Provides expertise and stewardship in relevant data sets, including hospital finance data and is comfortable conducting high level data analyses and working with large data sets
§ Under direction from the Vice President of Finance as well as other members of the CAPH finance team, conducts analyses and recommends possible strategies and positions on initiatives, including identifying and troubleshooting financing and data limitations as well as operational and policy issues at the local, state and federal levels
§ Develops proposals to preserve and enhance health care safety net funding
§ Translates the results of financial data analyses into easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and other visuals, to explain the analysis and conclusions to the VP of Finance, other staff, stakeholders (including the State), member CFOs, and others
§ Informs and advises colleagues on connections between this work and other ongoing CAPH priorities, and makes recommendations for action
§ Collaborates with colleagues on other teams to provide clear and concise input, analysis, and expertise on issues as assigned, such as those related to waiver programs and Medi-Cal managed care financing structures
§ Anticipates, identifies, and responds to CAPH member hospital needs related to finance and safety net funding issues

Financial Analyst Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Acquisitions & Development team of a fast-growing real estate investment and development firm. The role will work directly with the Senior Acquisitions & Development Associate and will gain significant exposure to the full acquisition and investment process. To assist in the deployment and management of ArtHaus Partners’ investment vehicles, the role will analyze new prospective acquisitions and ensure financial control for active projects, including both value-add and development projects. Primary Responsibilities:
Underwriting and Pro Forma Management:
- Own financial models for value-add and development projects, including: initial underwriting, updates throughout the due diligence, and during project execution
- Validate all pro forma assumptions (revenue, expenses, financing, capex, etc.) using portfolio operating data, market research, disclosures and other sources.
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to further define risks on specific transactions or prospective markets, as well as support on key decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate on improvements to Riaz Capital model template(s) and underwriting tools as needed.
- Own and advocate for global assumption changes (financing, calculation updates, new functionality, etc.).

Deal Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
- Support the acquisitions team on the sourcing of new deals through new and existing broker relationships, deal sourcing software, and direct to owner outreach.

- Daily management and updates within deal pipeline software.

Investment Memo and Deal Presentation:
- Create and assist in the ongoing management of investment memorandums and other deal related documents to be communicated both internally to the team, and externally to investors and lenders.
- Work with investor relations team to prepare materials for pitching deals to prospective investors, ensuring that the information and returns provided are accurate and complete.
- Assist in the updating of investor reports as well as monthly investment meeting materials.
Due Diligence:
- Support the acquisitions team on all aspects of the due diligence period to identify and validate risks.
- Work with external consultants to order necessary reports, and support on the navigation of risks as they arise during the transaction.
- Organization and review of disclosures, documents, reports and all other due diligence findings.

Development Management:

Responsibilities:
● Bring the Café experience and our brand to life by helping to create an inclusive environment where all customers and team members feel welcome
● Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas of the Café whether you’re helping people with tech challenges, showing off our cool services and products, or having deeper conversations about their financial journeys
● Guide customers through goal setting by meeting them where they are and advocating for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources
● Be a team player and work with an energized team of Ambassadors helping to inspire teammates as they inspire you
● Stay curious, adaptable and have a desire to learn and grow through self development
● Continually learn new digital and technical skills
● Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagement team to plan events both inside and outside of the Café
● Volunteer within the community and be an advocate for financial literacy
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
San Francisco, CA: $59,800 - $64,584 for Cafe Ambassador
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

We are looking for compassionate nurses with:
RN license in the state you work
Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
