Initially would be mainly covering hospital diagnostic radiology with some interventional radiology procedures Directorship at the hospital is available Huge room for growth: If the person is IR trained, we would look to develop a joint venture with them to grow an IR service line by leveraging relationships our group has to secure IR contracts at other hospitals and outpatient centers in LA.

Would transition away from diagnostic radiology as IR book of business grows and add additional diagnostic radiologists at that time.

Would also grow in imaging center and OBL settings which we are looking to add.

They have been in business for over 12 years and have 2 locations in the area.

ERCP and/or EUS would be a very lucrative for the incoming physician, but are not required.

Call is 1:5 at most, potentially 1:8 and is paid.

Additional call is available at other regional hospitals if desired.

Patient load will be approximately 25 patients per day, depending on scopes.
