• Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda on substantive issues
• Manage traditional and electronic discovery in complex litigation matters
• Assist with, take, and defend depositions as appropriate
• Appear before state and federal courts on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on strategy, case development, and client service
• Handle matters for a diverse client base spanning multiple industries and jurisdictions
• Support all phases of litigation from pre-trial through resolution

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or comparable litigation role
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Good standing with the CA Bar required
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred
• Federal clerkship is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
