Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.

Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

What We're Looking For (The Basics) Experience: 5 years working in or with a utility company (Electric, Gas, Water).

Tech Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle or MS SQL Server).

System Knowledge: You have worked with MWM (Mobile Workforce Management) or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems before.

Problem Solving: You enjoy puzzles-figuring out why a work order failed or why data isn't syncing.

Communication: You can explain technical problems to non-technical field staff (and vice versa).

Nice to Haves Experience with IFS MWM, HxGN EAM, or Kloudgin.

Knowledge of Metering/AMI systems (like Sensus, Itron).

Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or scripting (Python/PowerShell).

Experience with ServiceNow or ITIL processes.

An AWS Cloud certification.
