One of our bioscience clients is looking for a Technician to join their Manufacturing team. This individual is responsible for executing the company's manufacturing and packaging processes while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The role focuses heavily on inspection, labeling, packaging, and documentation of finished products in a regulated environment.
This is a second shift opening (Monday - Friday, 2 - 10:30 PM) and 6-month contract with potential for extension and conversion at the conclusion of the contract.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inspection, packaging, or a related environment

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Processing:
- Support manufacturing operations including processing, filling, and packaging of bioscience products
- Retrieve and handle product from freezers (-20°C) as part of production workflow
- Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and compliance
- Release production lots within required timelines
Inspection & Quality:
- Inspect finished products for label deformities, particles, and defects
- Perform inspections after required wait times (e.g., post‑fill and post‑freeze)
- Spend approximately 80% of time performing product inspections
- Ensure products meet quality standards before labeling and packaging
Labeling & Packaging:
- Label frozen and inspected bottles for main production
- Operate manual labeling equipment and inspect products during labeling
- Package smaller bottles into boxes and verify labeling accuracy
- Perform final inspection of labeled and boxed products
- Spend approximately 20–25% of time on labeling and packaging activities
Documentation & Systems:
- Complete GMP documentation accurately and legibly
- Maintain clear, compliant handwritten records
- Use basic computer systems, including laptops and barcode scanners, to scan and track product lots
- Follow documentation requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment

Base Salary Range
$79,400.00 - $112,175.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Essential Functions:
- Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the Trinity Mission, Vision and Values in behaviors, practices, standards policies procedures and decisions.
- Demonstrates understanding of appropriate clinical documentation to ensure the severity of illness, risk of mortality, quality indicators and level of services provided are accurately reflected in the health record.
- Communicates with and educates physicians and all other member of the healthcare team in clinical documentation and monitors provider engagement.
- Conducts concurrent reviews of selected patient health records to address legibility, clarity, completeness, consistency and precision of clinical documentation.
- Formulates compliant clarifications/queries following Trinity Health's documentation integrity procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess an Associate/Diploma Degree in Health Information Technology (HIT) or Advanced degree in nursing (NP, APN) or Physician Assistant. In absence of college degree, must have three (3) years' experience as an inpatient code or documentation specialist.
- Preferred Certifications: RN, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCDS or CDIP
- Experienced in critical care, medical or surgical inpatient care nursing as an RN, PA, NP, APN or inpatient coder preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills. Strong critical thinking skills, and ability integrate knowledge. Prioritization and organizations skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to use standardized desktop and Windows based computer system. Data entry and typing skills at minimum 30 wph.
