Dr. Barnas completed his Geriatric training at Yale University. Some of his past work experiences include being the Associate Director of Geriatric Psychiatry at Overlook Hospital, Chief of Geriatric Psychiatry at Runnells Hospital, and Chief of Geriatric Psychiatry at the East Orange V.A.
Dr Unnati Patel is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She joined Pelorus in 2014, after being the Director of the Psychiatry Consultation service at RWJ Somerset Medical Center for 5 years. Prior to that she was the Chief Resident of Psychiatry at New Jersey Medical School.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Position description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for initial and follow-up Psychiatric consults in select assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Daily patient encounters will be approximately between 11 to 16, depending on the mix of initial vs. follow-up services. Only light clinical documentation is required - just initial and follow-up progress notes. There is minimal bureaucracy or busy-work: no H&P’s, no “discharge summaries”, no “treatment plans”, no “treatment team meetings” or “rounds”. We use streamlined, one page note templates which facilitate an efficient workflow.
All of our clinicians perform the exact same duties, so together we have refined our processes to be as efficient and pleasant as possible. There are no hospital-based services, no admissions, no discharges, minimal administrative responsibilities beyond the described clinical documentation, and billing submission.
Participation in our telephone-based on-call schedule will consist of about 1 weeknight in 7 and less than one weekend/month. Call is via phone only. There are no on-call rounds, no admissions (or admission orders), no discharges (or discharge orders). Phone calls during on-call shift are infrequent: during most on-call shifts, there are zero phone calls received.
Daily work schedule is flexible, position affords much autonomy/independence – but at the same time, support and assistance is always available to you from our three psychiatrists and colleagues.
Experience prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications is very strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. PMHNP certification is required in Pennsylvania, and is ideal in NJ (but Family & Geriatric are acceptable in NJ).
Compensation:
- We offer very competitive compensation – FT salary from $130,000 and upward (based on experience/resume), with annual increases, and available productivity bonuses, as well as the option of full health benefits and a retirement plan for FT position, 4 weeks PTO, 3 CME days with stipend and/or reimbursement for license renewals, and national Holidays off.

BHE GT&S has an exciting career opportunity as a Heavy Equipment Operator at our Mamont Transmission in Delmont, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Heavy Equipment Operator will operate and maintain various types of heavy-duty power construction equipment used in operating, maintenance, and construction activities.
- Perform a variety of duties incidental to the operation of heavy-duty track and/or wheel mounted power construction equipment having an operating weight of 12,000# or more, and/or a tractor-trailer with a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight of 26,000# or more.
- Properly load and secure equipment for transport and operate vehicle used for such purpose. Obtain proper manifest and shipping papers when required.
- Promote good public relations.
- Prepare records and reports as required, including those pertinent to transporting hazardous material (e.g., Driver Inspection Report Form #2513) and other reports required by DOT. Pass all tests required by Department of Transportation.
- Make minor repairs to equipment used in the performance of assigned duties, keeping the equipment in safe and proper working condition.

The CHS Evaluation & Education Support Coordinator is passionate about working with teachers and interventionists to ensure all children have their needs met. This individual is invested in the health and wellbeing of young children across developmental domains including physical, cognitive, language, social & emotional and adaptive development at CHS. They will lead the early intervention/identification and evaluation process and will support instructional staff in identifying and implementing supports for behavioral and developmental concerns. This individual will also oversee efforts to understand the medical and developmental history of each student as well as assisting with any behavioral or developmental concerns, including completing a plan to recommend relevant interventions when necessary. They will lead the Center Child Study team in situations which require additional intervention and will be responsible for collecting and organizing data and information to inform referrals and work with child study team to recommend the next steps for the child. The Evaluation & Education Support Coordinator will report to the Health Services Manager. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $69,344 per year, based on expertise.
Responsibilities:
* Understanding the most updated standards of child assessment and evaluation, and planning and coordinating screening and evaluation schedules with teachers, families, or sponsors to support child needs
* Assisting in the evaluation process for behavioral concerns and serve as a resource to staff by disseminating research regarding intervention tools and techniques to all who work with the child
* Observing and recording behavioral concerns for identified children and working with Teachers to document behavior
* Researching and recommending tools to support children's access to the curriculum who have developmental delays and other special rights. Organizing data of relevant children for further assessment
* Requesting and obtaining medical records in partnership with the Center Nurse for each child under evaluation
* Researching and referring children to the correct programs and services to address their needs. Gathering any additional evaluations based on IFSP and IEP goals and filling out associated forms

- Compare and benchmark agent orchestration frameworks for trade-offs in speed, reliability, and usability.
Model Fine-Tuning & MLOps
- Fine-tune models using LoRA, QLoRA, or full fine-tuning pipelines.
- Integrate, deploy, and monitor models in production using cloud providers.
- Set up agent logging, observability dashboards, and recovery workflows.
Front-End & UX
- Familiar with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of front-end and back-end integration for AI tools
- Ability to build basic dashboards or agent interfaces
- Integrate agents into interfaces
- Speak the language of UI
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years experience with Python in ML/AI systems and PyTorch or Tensorflow
- 1+ years experience with LLM agent development, prompt engineering, and frameworks like
- LangGraph, PydanticAI, and Google ADK.
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs.
- Familiarity using vector stores like ChromaDB, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Production experience with FastAPI, Docker, and MLOps
- Expert in Agentic Coding IDEs (Windsurf, Cursor or Claude Code)
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science
Nice to have:
- Open-source contributions to LLM/agent tooling
- Knowledge of async programming, websockets, and streaming APIs
