Position Responsibilities:
Install, fit, fasten, align, adjust, and connect parts and assemblies to build aircraft power packs and strut assemblies.

Perform drilling, reaming, riveting, and soldering necessary for assembly tasks.
Review work orders and installation plans to determine job priorities and obtain appropriate drawings and production illustrations.
Obtain and verify kitted detail parts and assemblies, ensuring they are correct and free of defects.
Pre-assemble components such as wiring harnesses and tubing assemblies using power and hand tools.
Operate material handling equipment, including overhead cranes and scissor lifts, to load and unload engines and struts.
Align parts and assemblies to mating surfaces, temporarily securing them in place and checking for proper alignment.
Attach, seal, and connect parts, assemblies, and wires using the correct fasteners and tools, tightening per specifications.
Torque fasteners and install safety devices such as lock wires and cotter pins as required by drawings or specifications.
Seal hydraulic fittings and access doors, applying necessary fluids, primers, and adhesives according to specifications.
Operate various tools, including pull rivet guns and countersinks, to fasten and torque parts and assemblies.

The Boeing Electromagnetic Effects (E3) Group seeks Electromagnetic Effects Design and Analysis Engineers at Associate (Level 2), Experienced (Level 3), and Expert (Level 4) levels. The engineer will develop and validate Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) requirements and architectures to integrate complex components and subsystems into higher-level platforms. Primary responsibilities:
- Perform trade studies, modeling, simulation, and other analyses to predict component, interconnect, and system performance and to optimize designs for E3 performance.
- Work (with minimal direction at higher levels) to achieve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electronics, wiring, and structure.
- Interface with manufacturing and suppliers on complex E3 design aspects to assure system-level compatibility; identify and report achievements and issues to program management and customers.
- Review supplier test plans and test reports for technical correctness; identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support project management by contributing to development of work statements, budgets, schedules, and design/review inputs.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and suppliers to assess changes to equipment, determine impacts on electromagnetic characteristics, and recommend mitigations.

This role will play an exciting part in helping achieve 777-9 type certification by leading preparation and submission of certification artifacts, shaping certification strategy, and coordinating cross-functional activities to demonstrate airworthiness.
Position Overview:
- Prepare certification documents and artifacts for submission to Regulatory Administration and FAA stakeholders; ensure artifacts are complete, traceable, and aligned to applicable requirements.
- Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including system focals, equipment managers, ALIT, RegAdmin, and program IPTs) to define artifacts, validate compliance, and document airworthiness and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with system focals and equipment managers to compile certification documents required to achieve program milestones and achieve type certification.
- Integrate cross-functionally within the Systems IPT and with stakeholders across the program to define framework, strategy, criteria, and content to satisfy regulatory guidance and achieve certification milestones.
- Review regulatory requirements and evaluate impacts to products and schedules
- Lead development of compliance documents and other artifacts that establish airworthiness and safety
- Lead a team of individual contributors: coordinate daily work, communicate status and help needed, align priorities to key milestones, and articulate constraints and resource needs as they arise.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace certification, regulatory compliance, or systems integration with progressively increasing responsibility.

Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).
3+ years of experience in setting and using precision measuring tools and equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and/or dial indicators.
1+ years of experience calibrating and/or using coordinate measurement machines, laser trackers, and/or optical measurement devices.
Experience as a Quality Inspector.
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel.
Ability to complete Fall Protection Training.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience inspecting welds / welds certification
Equivalent education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
Typical Education & Experience:
High school graduate or GED preferred.
