In this role, you will support the General Counsel in providing legal guidance across the organization, with a particular focus on contracts, real estate, compliance, and employment matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Support & Counsel: Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on commercial contracts, leases, real estate transactions, compliance, and employment law issues.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor agreements, sponsorships, service agreements, and real estate leases to protect the company’s legal and financial interests.
• Real Estate & Property Matters: Assist with land acquisitions, lease negotiations, easements, and zoning/permitting matters related to billboard locations.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Support compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry-specific regulations such as zoning, environmental, and advertising requirements.
