Responsibilities
We are looking for proficient Speech Language Pathologists who excel in:
Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments.
Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch.
Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on speech therapy matters.
Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions.
Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current licensed Speech Therapist and registered with the American Speech Language Hearing Association and licensed in applicable state

Political Affairs Internship:
The role focuses on making poverty a focus of U.S., Canadian and U.K. foreign policy. This is a part-time 12-hours per week, 12 week, unpaid remote internship. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the program in fewer weeks.

Responsibilities will include:
Leading public and political outreach in your state and district.
Meeting with members of Congress/Government in your State/District/Constituency.
Representing The Borgen Project at various business, political and community events.
Assisting with fundraising. Create a personal fundraising campaign and meet targets.
Mobilizing individuals to contact their members of Government in support of key poverty-reduction legislation.
Speaking to groups, classes and organizations.
Writing letters of support for key programs to political leaders, media and other groups.
Experience:
No prior experience is necessary, we're looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of your GPAs/background.
Details:
This is an unpaid internship, although college credit is available. The position can be worked remotely from any of the following countries: U.S., U.K., Canada, France or Australia.

Position Summary:
The Regional Director (RD) is a critical operational leader responsible for overseeing the daily business performance of up to 10 early childhood education schools in the Macon Metro (Central Georgia)Β area. Focused on operational execution, staffing, compliance, and enrollment growth, the RD ensures that each school delivers consistent, high-quality service while meeting financial, regulatory, and performance goals. The RD directly supports school Principals, visiting campuses regularly and driving accountability across all aspects of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple school sites, ensuring consistent execution of company standards.
- Support school Principals in managing staffing levels, scheduling, parent communication, and daily business operations.
- Monitor and drive key operational KPIs, including enrollment, re-enrollment, tour conversion, staffing ratios, compliance outcomes, and parent satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for urgent operational issues, partnering with HR, Facilities, Compliance, and Enrollment teams to resolve problems quickly.
- Lead compliance efforts in coordination with central teams, ensuring schools meet or exceed all regulatory, health, and safety standards in Georgia.
- Coach and develop school leaders through regular site visits, performance reviews, and operational audits.
- Guide schools in executing company initiatives such as seasonal programs, re-enrollment campaigns, and operational playbooks.
- Review and approve supply purchases, CapEx needs, staffing plans, and operational expenses in alignment with budget targets.
Qualifications:
- 3β5 years of multi-unit operations leadership experience, preferably in education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or other service-based industries.
- Proven ability to lead multiple locations, manage frontline leaders, and drive business results through others.
- Strong operational and business acumen; ability to use data to drive decisions and accountability.
- Experience with compliance oversight, audits, or managing regulated environments strongly preferred.
- Must reside in the Atlanta metro area with the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Schedule: 20 hours per week.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities: Provide intensive individualized training on specific skills needed to obtain employment and at specific community job sites.
Provide support for individuals in dealing with co-workers and supervisors.
Assess each person served to identify their strengths, then provide guidance and coaching on how to use those strengths to obtain employment and succeed in their chosen career path.
Communicate with and educate employers regarding an individual's progress.
Communicate regularly with Employment Consultants regarding client performance on jobs.
Provide transportation for individuals as needed to support employment.
Teach appropriate work behaviors and interpersonal skills.
