A leading global law firm is seeking a Practice Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished administrative professional with legal experience who thrives on organization, multitasking, and delivering exceptional support. This role will be 5-days onsite in Miami.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, attorney time entry, and conflict checks.
- Conduct research, coordinate conference calls, and assist with document and file management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth day-to-day operations and workflow.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper files while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide proactive support by anticipating team needs and helping attorneys stay organized and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel; Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint a plus.
- Florida Notary Public certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional, and service-oriented approach.
