What will you do?

  • Produce all menu items according to recipe and Delaware North standards
  • Directs team members in areas of responsibility and ensures team has the tools necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Cook Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
  • Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.
  • Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
  • Follow and understand diet restrictions and modifications.
  • Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.

Cook Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required!
  • Strong communication and hospitality skills to interact with residents and staff.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Team player willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.

Position Overview

Graham Jewelers is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Coordinator to serve as

the communication hub between our sales team, production shop, and clients.

This role ensures accurate job intake, manages timelines for repair and custom work, and

provides clear, proactive communication to clients throughout the process. The Client

Coordinator helps protect our shop’s production time while delivering an exceptional client

experience.

Key Responsibilities

Job Intake & Documentation

● Accurately intake all repair and custom jewelry jobs

● Document job details, client expectations, and required information

● Maintain and update internal tracking systems for repair and custom work

Client Communication

● Communicate delays or changes clearly and professionally

Workflow Coordination

● Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and shop production
