Overview:

As a Product Owner in Affinity Solutions Technology (AST) you will lead a cross-functional agile team implementing technology solutions for Securian's Affinity Solutions and Securian Canada markets. The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

  • Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
  • They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
  • Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $100,000+ which includes a base salary range starting at $60,000 - $75,000+ plus position-specific incentive. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.

Role Summary
