We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Cardiovascular Technologist to join our Cath Lab team in a rural hospital setting in Brainerd.
Our program supports a 24/7 STEMI service, providing lifesaving care to our community and surrounding regions, and relies on a strong, collaborative team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including emergent STEMI cases.
- Prep patients and equipment for procedures
- Monitor patient status throughout procedures
- Ensure a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- This position also includes participation in an on-call rotation to sup port our 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a Radiology Technology, Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent program.
- If not a graduate of above programs must have 4yrs of direct cath lab experience
Certification/Licensure:
- Must be currently registered Radiological Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or must become RT(R) or RCIS certified within 18 months of hire or transfer
- Current Certification (or within 1 month of hire) as American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or within 6 months of hire)

Job summary
The Business Banking Specialist maintains a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business & non-profit clients. This position has knowledge of multiple financial services, including cash management, and services new and existing customers in a manner consistent with the sales, service, and operational goals of the bank. The Business Banking Specialist support the commercial banking team by preparing commercial loan documents, loan closings, and providing superior customer service.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares and processes commercial loan documents for Commercial Bankers in preparation for loan closing and forwards file to the Loan Operations Department.
- Performs special projects as assigned such as business development reports, loan status reports, loan quality control reports/monitoring, and/or risk based capital reports.
- Preparation of various documents including subordination agreements, modification agreements, extension agreements and deeds of reconveyance.
- Answers customer inquiries regarding balances, payoffs, collateral, etc. Maintains thorough working knowledge of the products and services, including cash management designed for business & non-profit clients, bank/branch goals, policies, and operating procedures, as well as all current promotions.
- Originates consumer and small business loans for business clients. Processes advances on loans and manages loan activity.
- Interviews clients and sets up products and services specifically designed to meet the needs of the business and non-profit customers. Calls on existing customers to develop new and/or additional business and to protect and strengthen existing profitable customer relationships. Opens commercial, non-profit and personal deposit accounts, to include preparing signature cards, corporate resolutions and account documentation.
- Review daily overdraft report and work with Lender to decision whether to pay or decline check.
- Achieve compliance certification and use knowledge of compliance/CRA regulations in day-to-day activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
- 2+ years in banking experience, preferably commercial lending, lending administration or as a Personal Banker.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge of lending and bank operations.
- Ability to communicate both oral and written in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to compare data from two sources and locate discrepancies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
The expected starting range for this role is $23.00-$40.38 per hour. Compensation decisions will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and education, which may determine where within the range the starting pay will fall.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building an investment risk framework that allows us to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our investment portfolios. You also will oversee the risk in portfolios related to our reinsurance trusts and other third-party managers.
As the Investment Risk Manager, you'll be required to have a deep understanding of investment risk principles and investment strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various departments across Securian Asset Management and its parent company, Securian Financial Group.
Collaborate with the investment, data, technology, and leadership teams to build an investment risk monitoring framework that will enable efficient monitoring of identified attributes at defined intervals.
Utilize the investment risk monitoring framework to monitor risks within specific asset classes and across the entire client portfolio.
Lead discussions among investment professionals and leadership on which risk attributes to monitor and appropriate guidelines for each attribute.
Initiate notification processes when risk attributes fall outside of established guidelines.
Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts on portfolios.
Raise concerns with portfolio teams and leadership where investment risks fall outside of established guidelines or in anticipation of potential movement outside of guidelines.
Partner with Securian's Enterprise Risk Management Team to incorporate investment risk controls into our broader enterprise risk management view.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices on investment risk oversight.
Produce ad hoc reporting in support of the CIO, Securian AM leadership, and enterprise partners to provide transparency on investment risk attributes on an as-needed basis.
Represent the investment risk function when appropriate at various forums (i.e., enterprise committees, fund boards, corporate committees, and corporate boards).
Develop oversight framework tailored to individual 3rd party relationships, including specific investment guidelines.
Monitor investment risk attributes of externally managed portfolios.
Coordinate with enterprise partners on comprehensive 3rd party investment management oversight process.
Consult with enterprise partners on investment risk considerations for potential new relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management within the asset management or insurance industry, with a focus on credit risk
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrated aptitude for leveraging data and systems to produce effective monitoring and reporting
Understanding of asset risk theory, relevant analytical and numerical modeling techniques, and industry-standard risk metrics that quantify various dimensions of asset risk
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate and gain buy-in across various teams within Securian AM and the Securian enterprise
Ability to stand firm in risk management principles and make tough decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or professional certification (e.g. CFA, FRM)
Experience with Clearwater, Bloomberg, Factset, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI

The Lead Teller maintains an accurate record of all cash exchanges and balancing of the vault to include ordering and tracking required levels of cash and orders of cash from the Federal Reserve Bank. They are responsible for timely completion of branch certification, serves as role model for new staff, right-hand for branch manager, and provides direction on the teller line and approval or over-ride authority for transaction and cash disbursement.
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and rotating Saturdays from 8:45am-12:15pm.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently provides high quality client service while effectively processing transactions and supporting sales.
- Maintains accurate records of all cash exchanges and balancing of the vault to include ordering and tracking required levels of cash.
- Responsible for timely completion of branch certification.
- Provides direction to the teller line and approval or over-ride authority for transaction and cash disbursement.
- Records all transactions, prepares daily settlements of teller cash, and proofs transactions according to branch procedures.
- Processes transactions for various bank products and services including the following: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
- Performs clerical duties such as answering calls, processing incoming mail and deliveries, filing, and typing.
Experience and Education
- A minimum of one year of demonstrated cash handling experience, preferably in a Teller role.
- Basic knowledge of branch operations; related experience may be considered.
- Previous lead or supervisor experience, preferred.
- Previous sales experience, preferred.
- In pursuit of a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
The expected starting range for this role is $19.00-$23.00 per hour. Compensation decisions will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and education, which may determine where within the range the starting pay will fall.

JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Full-time Doctoral Psychologist to Provide Psychology services to patients, ages twelve to adult, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to improve clientsβ abilities to their highest feasible level.
