Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems ( LADS ) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to support a large Patriot missile program. The CPTL is responsible for various engineering activities, including defining early integration in cooperation with the project development teams, directing CPT engineers, supporting the planning for requirements sell off, planning, execution, and analysis for system integration and verification, in hardware-in-the-loop facilities, ground and flight tests. Activities require the ability to support alternate shifts and/or extended hours and require travel. This position is onsite based in Andover, MA .

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for Missile systems integration, verification and validation scope across a program.
  • Lead a small team of engineers with planning and execution of integration and test activities for missile sub-assemblies.
  • Working with systems engineers to define knowledge points ensuring risk burn-down throughout the development process.
  • Mentor junior engineers with establishing methodical and disciplined processes for planning and execution of integration and test activities.
  • Prepare documentation such as test plans, procedures, integration information sheets, test cases, and reports.
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues and complete requirement verification.
  • Compile, summarize, and present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers.
  • Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues. Includes working closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
  • Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status
  • Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts is required. Occasional domestic and potential international travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience developing program baselines, managing cost, schedule and quality for technical projects.
  • Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs or contributing to leadership proposal reviews.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to educate HCP customers and staff, aligned with Kiniksa’s commercial objectives, including prioritized customer target engagements, account management where applicable, business assessment and analysis, and resource utilization and impact.
  • Educate targeted influence and decision makers, cardiologists, and rheumatologists to initiate Kiniksa’s approved product for patients with recurrent pericarditis.
  • Provide comprehensive education on our Kiniksa One Connect Patient Services and support program.
  • Facilitate short-term and future opportunities aligned with Kiniksa’s mission, strategy, and objectives through multiple venues (virtual and in-person), one-on-one interactions, small group discussions, peer-to-peer programs, and presentations with external stakeholders.
  • Achieve commercial goals, quarterly and yearly, set for this role to deliver on tactical resource execution and to meet or exceed sales performance.
  • Ensure cross-functional efficiencies and constructive collaboration with Kiniksa’s field sales partner teams.
  • Serve as a Kiniksa external representative for HCP stakeholders, establishing oneself as a reliable, trusted resource for company and product information.
  • Act in a compliant manner with integrity aligned with Kiniksa’s values, internal and external guidelines, policies, and procedures that govern Kiniksa activities.
  • Maintain expenses within assigned budget parameters.
  • Document field activities accurately and in a timely fashion.


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience; Rare disease, specialty therapeutic experience, and/or cardiology experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in promoting injectable or reconstitution injectable products is preferred.

  • Candidates must demonstrate a track record of sales success and be highly motivated to achieve results.
  • Successfully demonstrated strategic account management experience.
  • Experienced with Specialty Pharmacy, HUB services, and Patient Support programs.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of compliant and ethical business practices.
  • Must exhibit consistency in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must exhibit characteristics that exemplify drive, passion and focus that will translate into significant contributions towards building a global generational company focused on Kiniksa’s patients and customers.
  • Must demonstrate ability to effectively & efficiently manage multiple workstreams.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% -80% of the time (primarily in assigned territory) and hold a valid driver’s license.


Pay range and compensation package



The expected salary range for Regional Clinical Sales Specialist is $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Compensation decisions are based on objective criteria including role responsibilities, experience/qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and external market benchmarks. In addition to base pay, this role includes a Sales Incentive plan.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

The following essential functions represent the primary work performed; however, other responsibilities could be expected that are not detailed here but fall within the scope of this role.

  • Build authentic, trusted relationships that promote collaboration, inclusion, and a culture that lives our values every day (Integrity, Dependability, Connection, Action, Growth)
  • Processing of devices per customer order specifications (to include, e.g., installing cases, applying asset tags, scanning MAC addresses, enrolling into management, OU movements, installing screen protectors, etc.).
  • Wiring device adapters into charging carts.
  • Green pack of devices utilizing Trafera branded packaging materials.
  • As needed, assist teammates with the unboxing of Chromebooks, desktops, laptops, and tablets to prep them for processing, including the disposal of associated cardboard and packaging materials.
  • Teardown of defective devices to include:
  • Auditing of unknown quality to remove failed or damaged components before tearing down.
  • Deconstructing devices into usable components for inventory.
  • Sorting and counting of the components into the labeled boxes that are to be added to inventory
  • Effectively and efficiently work to achieve successful individual production output KPI’s while maintaining quality. KPIs will be provided and may be updated as needed.
  • Working as part of a larger team to aid in achieving customer needs.
  • Identify areas of concern, means of improvement, and ways to increase efficiency, communicating them to Lead or Supervisor.
  • When problems occur, work with Team Lead to identify their root causes and implement or recommend changes to prevent them from occurring again in the future.
  • All other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Skills, Abilities, and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Related experience in computer work or personal experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Creative, and results oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with others to identify and solve issues, make proactive recommendations
  • Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously, prioritize and deliver results

Technology and Systems:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)


Work Environment, Physical, and Mental Demands:

Incumbents in this role will primarily perform their work in a production warehouse environment and interact with team members throughout the facility in both office and production warehouse environments.

The production/warehouse will work with and around a variety of industrial warehouse tools, equipment and vehicles, such as forklifts and packaging machines, in an environment that includes exposure to loud noise levels, vibration, dust, fumes, mechanical hazards, bright lights and hot or cold temperatures. While performing the duties of this position, incumbents may be expected to do any of the following, with or without accommodation:

  • Standing at their desk or workstation for long periods
  • Use tools, machinery, or equipment at their workstation for long periods, up to an entire shift, managing the controls of the tools, machinery or equipment in a safe and effective manner
  • Effectively use computer keyboard, mobile device, desktop computer, laptop, calculator, telephone, copy machine and other business tools or controls
  • Mentally focus on tasks and apply sound reasoning and judgement

The typical workdays and hours are your choice, either Mon-Thurs 6:30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri 6:30am - 3pm. Once selected, this would be your shift for the duration of the 2 weeks.
