Basic Job Functions: The Nucor Engineered Bar Group is seeking applicants for a District Sales Manager.

The role of the District Sales Manager consists of but is not limited to: providing industry leading service, prospecting for new business, operating as a liaison between customers and Nucor operations, forecasting, and proactive problem solving to help the team achieve revenue, shipment, and profitably goals.

This position will require extensive travel and will represent our Cold Finish Group, SBQ mills, and Wire Products Group.

Successful candidate will be located in either greater St.

Louis, MO or greater Milwaukee, WI region.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales-related field including experience with customer service, resolving customer concerns, and overall customer satisfaction Must live in or be willing to relocate within the territory Willingness to travel overnight extensively and live in the territory Detailed Selection Criteria: Safety-Oriented: Strong commitment to Safety in all job aspects.
