Patient population will include ages >1 year of age to geriatrics.

Care will include a large variety of chief complaints.

Inserts, monitors, regulates, and discontinues IVs as required by provider.

Collects and prepares laboratory specimens and completes associated paperwork to expedite laboratory studies with maximum accuracy and efficiency.

Communicates with lab, radiology, and other testing results to patients and via telephone and electronic medical record letter notification.

Formulates, coordinates, and provides plan of care as established in department standards including, patient and family education, family needs and discharge planning throughout office visit Actively participates as a team member working toward team goals of the department and organization and is accountable for unit and system specific metrics.

Provides instruction to ensure patient's understanding of medical condition and compliance with treatment instructions.
