The Site Quality Manager is responsible for leading the quality function at their site and developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Humanscale Business System which exceeds customer expectations, satisfies regulatory requirements, improves operational efficiency, and reduces the cost of poor quality.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, especially ISO 9000
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Oracle and Infor, is highly desirable
• Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
• Experience with developing/documenting procedures

Navigate large customers’ web sites for payment information and trial balance information to get ahead of any payment issues.

Review accounts for payment throughout the month and keep notes in each customer’s A/R screen after each conversation for follow-up.

Review and monitor assigned accounts and address any outstanding payments over 30 days past due

Monitor customers with large balances and apply good customer service

Summary

This role supports both Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) development and SAP operational support. Oracle EBS Development:

• Develop, support, and enhance Oracle E‑Business Suite Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, iProcurement, Fixed Assets).

• Write functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Develop reports, forms, workflows, and integrations using Oracle tools (Reports, Forms, APEX, BI Publisher, ADF).

SAP Support & Enhancements

Qualifications
