Are you a compassionate and skilled NP or PA looking to join a thriving, independent Family Medicine Practice? Our busy, well-established team of 8 providers (4 physicians and 4 APPs) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous environment.

In this role, you?ll be an integral part of our practice, delivering high-quality care to an assigned patient panel while benefiting from the convenience of on-site lab and radiology services. We value providers who are independent, efficient, and dedicated to building strong patient relationships.

What You?ll Do

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and education.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and specialists.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in our EMR.

Your Schedule

Our practice offers extended weekday and weekend hours, with a schedule designed for balance and variety:

• 3 shifts: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM
• 1 shift: 12:00 PM ? 7:00 PM
• 1 shift: 8:00 AM ? 12:00 PM
• 1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of family practice experience (preferred).
• Current Virginia NP or PA license.
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused approach.
