About the Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into timely, effective marketing execution - helping bring the voice of the customer to life across our brands and markets.

Primary Responsibilites:

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Job Overview:
LuxWall is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own channel-led demand generation, sales enablement, and product positioning across our channels, which span commercial glazing, aluminum window OEMs, and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and channel execution, with direct accountability for driving partner enablement and revenue outcomes through Value Added Resellers (VARs) and OEMs.
This leader will be responsible for ensuring LuxWall's products across glass-only retrofits, aluminum window systems, and other channels are clearly positioned, properly priced, and effectively activated through our partners to drive specification, quoting activity, and installed volume. The role is highly cross-functional and externally facing, working closely with Marketing, Channel Development, Sales, and R&D to translate technical innovation into repeatable, revenue-producing programs. This role will be accountable to a revenue target.
Position Responsibilities:
Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Demand Generation and Sales Enablement
- Own channel-driven demand generation and sales enablement strategy in partnership with the VP of Channel Development, with direct accountability for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
- Develop and maintain scalable sales enablement and demand assets including partner toolkits, pitch decks, battlecards, application guides, calculator tools, case studies, and technical comparisons that support pipeline creation, conversion, and installed volume

- Develop and execute go-to-market programs for shop-built aluminum window fabricators and OEMs including segmentation, messaging, application guidance, and partner enablement
- Support partner onboarding and activation to ensure technical, commercial, and sales readiness across targeted territories and segments
- Collaborate with Sales and Channel Development to expand market share and revenue contribution within priority accounts and regions
Product Marketing Ownership
- Own product marketing for LuxWall's product line by developing sales and marketing collateral that results in commercial impact
- Translate product capabilities, performance data (M&V, energy modeling, third party testing, etc), and use cases into clear, market-ready messaging and assets that support selling, specification, and value engineering
- Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and enhancements, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Channel, and Marketing

Pricing and Commercial Strategy
- Partner with Data and Sales Operation teams to develop, maintain, and operationalize pricing strategies across products, channels, and applications
- Work with VP of Channel Development to support pricing models, rebate frameworks, and channel-specific commercial structures that maximize adoption and revenue while protecting margin
- Equip Sales and partners with pricing guidance, value justification, and competitive context to support deal progression and close

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or product management with significant experience in building materials, glazing, faรงade/building envelope, or construction products
- Proven success building and scaling channel marketing and sales enablement programs tied to measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong experience working with glaziers, window OEMs, or similar ecosystems across multi-step sales channels
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling commercial narratives

Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for owning the full product life cycle of Epoch Sports' hard-goods equipment (e.g., lacrosse, hockey, and baseball/softball lines) from concept through end-of-life. Operating out of our Detroit headquarters and collaborating daily with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, the Product Manager will translate athlete insights and market analytics into profitable, best-in-class products that reinforce Epoch's reputation for performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Road-Mapping
- Build and maintain a 3-year product roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, category trends, and revenue/profit targets.
- Conduct market segmentation, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and consumer research to identify white-space opportunities
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Author product briefs with clear value propositions, feature sets, volumes, cost targets, and launch timing; secure cross-functional approval through stage-gate process.
- Serve as the Program Manager for assigned NPD projectsโdriving timeline adherence, risk mitigation, and milestone communication.
- Champion voice-of-customer (VOC) testing with athletes, coaches, and dealers; translate feedback into actionable design requirements.
- Lifecycle Management
- Monitor sell-through, margin, and inventory health post-launch; drive cost-reduction, line extensions, or end-of-life decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance to manage SKU rationalization and maintain optimal inventory turns.
- Commercial Readiness
- Partner with Marketing to build go-to-market (GTM) assetsโpositioning statements, feature/benefit narratives, packaging, POP, and digital content.
- Train Sales Reps, Customer Service, and Retail Partners on product knowledge, differentiation, and competitive advantages.
- Source additional manufacturing equipment to bring products to market.
- Financial Ownership
- Own P&L for assigned categoriesโset pricing, forecast volumes, track COGS, and optimize gross margin.
- Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for capital expenditures or tooling investments.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay abreast of emerging materials, technologies, and consumer trends; recommend patent or IP opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional retrospectives to capture lessons learned and refine the Product Development Process (PDP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 3โ5 years of product management experience in consumer goods; sporting-goods or performance equipment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success launching products from concept through commercialization with measurable revenue impact.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and familiarity with PLM/ERP systems.
- Strong project-management skillsโability to lead cross-functional teams, manage overlapping priorities, and hit aggressive timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives, retailers, and end-users.
- Passion for sports and understanding of athlete performance needs; lacrosse, hockey, or baseball background a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's in Product Design/Engineering.
- Experience with Lean Product Development or Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of materials science (composites, polymers), protective equipment standards, or sports governing-body certification processes (NOCSAE, ASTM, CSA).
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Office, R&D lab, and production floor settings; may require occasional use of PPE
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for product samples/field testing
- Willingness to attend weekend tournaments, clinics, and trade shows several times per year.
