How You Will Contribute
The Hospice Aide provides compassionate personal care and supportive services to patients in their place of residence. This role assists individuals who are nearing end of life, helping maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life. The Hospice Aide is an essential member of the care team and delivers care in alignment with the patient’s individualized Plan of Care.

• Provide assistance with at least 2 of the following ADL's including personal hygiene
• Assist patients with medication intake and prescribed exercises
• Incidental household services, which are essential to patient health care

Performs warehouse tasks within the facility, primarily without the use of Material Handling Equipment (cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, sit down forklift, motorized pallet jack, etc.). Unloads, receives, and processes inbound shipments. Performs bin replenishment, moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing, and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks, packs, sorts and loads outbound products in accordance with customer specifications. - Accurately counts, verifies, and receives product using radio frequency (RF) equipment and/or Voice Pick Technology; documents variances.
- Selects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt.
- Removes empty cartons from pick module as needed.
- Prepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product.

Qualifications:

Job Summary
The Medical-Surgical nurse is responsible for managing the care of the adult or geriatric patient experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures. With empathy, deliver personalized experience for beneficiaries and field members by assisting with educating on settlement options available, which varies by policy type.
Communicate verbally and construct letters and emails to beneficiaries, field members, and third parties in response to inquiries and/or regarding outstanding requirements, claim status updates, and claims decisions as part of the overall claim handling process.
Manage phone and transactional responsibilities while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
Research and evaluate solutions to situations that arise and resolve concerns on an “as-needed†basis which oftentimes includes deviating from procedures.
Maintain organization, accuracy, and timeliness in individual case management system; capture and document claim related information accurately and/or refer tasks as appropriate.
Maintain production and claims quality standards.

What You Will Bring to the Role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Previous experience with life insurance desirable.
