Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Medley, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM until finish
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in a pick & pack warehouse facility within a freight forwarding environment. This role will manage supervisors and team leads while ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish required to support communication with warehouse staff and operations
- Experience handling bonded cargo within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Background in ocean freight or freight forwarding operations
- Experience working in a pick & pack warehouse facility
- Experience managing supervisors, team leads, or warehouse teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and productivity management
- Lead and support warehouse supervisors and team leads
- Monitor operational performance metrics and labor productivity
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to support operational demands
- Partner with the Warehouse / Facility Manager to maintain efficient warehouse operations
