BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for supporting the Revenue Air processes by reviewing and resolving all escalations, service failures, and errors prior to travel. Executing all quality control and service standards to align with the Air promotion Terms and Conditions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Revenue Management Air escalations inbox and maintain a turnaround time of 24-48 business hours.
- Each escalation must be reviewed and acted upon, determining the best approach for each individual resolution.
- Maintain a tracking system for errors and failures. These should be documented in such a way that they can be tracked and provide insight on the nature of requests/errors.
- Maintain a current understanding of other departments operating policies and procedures to make accurate decisions and deliver appropriate problem resolution.
- Work with the leadership team and come up with recommendations on ways to reduce errors.
- Identify air trends, cost patterns, and key performance metrics to assist with decision making.
- Monitor and update the "Travel With" guarantee program to ensure all reservations are within compliance of terms and conditions.

- Assist with creating and actioning quality assurance reports.
- Assist with air ticketing and re-shopping as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred; or any equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service handling escalations, preferably at a cruise line, travel agency, or airline. GDS system experience required (Amadeus and/or Sabre experience preferred)
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end benefits placement for new business and renewals, including strategy development, market submissions, carrier negotiations, and final recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of employee benefits placement, quoting, underwriting, or carrier facing experience within an agency, brokerage, carrier, or TPA environment.
- Strong working knowledge of employee benefits products and how plan design and funding structures impact pricing, risk, and client outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage placement workstreams, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver clean, compliant outcomes.

Position Summary:
Are you an experienced application developer passionate about creating impactful technology solutions? Securian Financial is seeking an Engineering Senior Analyst with 2-4 years of proven application development experience, specifically skilled in Java, Mainframe, and Informatica, to join our Life & Annuity Actuarial Systems Technology team. As a crucial member of our agile scrum team, you'll innovate, optimize data processing, and support critical actuarial systems, leveraging a diverse technology stack including AWS, Spring, SQL Server, and Oracle.

Position Summary:
Compliance Officer facilitates the Credit Union's compliance strategy and reviews changes in regulations to ensure compliance with all credit union related laws and regulations. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the institution's compliance management system and it ensures that all required compliance related policies and procedures are enforced and reviewed periodically for adequateness.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
- Monitor and analyze developing trends and changes in regulatory compliance laws, rules, and regulations. Facilitate implementation of new and regulatory changes as necessary.
- Develop, participate in, and review proposed changes to Credit Union policies and procedures for compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Perform research and provides input regarding compliance matters relevant to the products and services offered, including marketing and promotional materials, website, lending documents, and member disclosures.
- Oversee the completion and submission of required Bank Secrecy Act regulatory reports including Suspicious Activity and Currency Transaction Reports.
- Coordinate procedures for compliance with OFAC, FinCEN, and other government watchlist scans.
- Coordinate, test and update the Credit Union's business continuity plan.
Requirements
