My client, a well respected National Law firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate . The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Duties

• Represent clients in patent litigation cases.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

• Collaborate with team members on case strategy.

• Participate in hearings and trials.

Requirements

• Experience in patent litigation.

• Familiarity with U.S. district courts and related legal bodies.

• Membership in the Patent Bar preferred.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent.

• Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.

Certifications

• Patent Bar membership preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The annual salary for this position is between 225-375k

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
