Your Responsibilities As a Nurse Practitioner at Be Well Family, you’ll work with Medical Assistants and clinical staff to manage patient care across a range of conditions. Your role includes:

· Conducting new patient consultations and follow-up assessments

· Interpreting lab results and creating personalized treatment plans

· Administering injections and non-invasive procedures (training provided if required)

· Supporting patient education and guiding them through their health journey

· Collaborating with a medical assistant, and front desk team

· Ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

· Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona, in good standing

· Minimum 2 years’ NP experience, ideally in urgent care, primary care, or wellness clinics

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Passion for patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment

· Comfortable with electronic medical records and timely detail oriented documentation
