Restaurant Staff responsibilities include:
-Effectively communicate with management in a timely manner regarding scheduling issues, customer service problems, and equipment malfunctions.
-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
-Ensure all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards.
-Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
-Clean the customer service areas by following the proper procedures as directed by the manager on duty, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables and condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.
-Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with all company assets by following company cash handling policies.
-Demonstrate ability to be a “team player” by contributing to the team’s success and communicating effectively with other Customer Service Representatives.
-Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

As an Assistant Shop Manager (ASM) you will:
- Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed
- Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence
- Run the floor (making sure each employee is where they need to be, ensuring everything has been checked on each vehicle, and every customer is satisfied before they leave)
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist with counting and adjusting inventory
- Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way
- Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness
All our crew members need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

Experience:
Required:
- At least six months of related experience in a similar role and environment.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

Strongly Preferred:

- Ability to perform all set-ups and run parts on CNC Horizontal Boring Mill, Vertical Mills, Vertical turning centers and lathes without direct supervision.
- Knowledge skill and ability to edit and write programs
- Skill and ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings in both metric and imperial measurements.
- Knowledge on thermal spray and weld build up is a plus
- Knowledge of mining equipment salvage repair is a plus
If offered employment, the specific rate of pay and position grade will be determined based on applicable differentials and the candidate's level of experience and skill.
Job Summary:
Perform rebuild and repair machining work as required. Repair or rebuild worn and failed parts requiring welding reconstruction and/or machining.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to set up machines and run the machining job.
- Metal spray or HVC processes as required.
- Perform reboring, rebuilding, resurfacing, magnafluxing and grinding as needed.
- Prepare service reports.
- Plan and control cost of repair jobs.
- Machined parts are within specified tolerances.
- Maintain company equipment keep in good clean orderly condition.
