Responsible to operate all automated folder equipment. Performs all production-related functions on the folders. Responsible for quality of output and seeks to maximize the efficiency of all activities. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Previous Finishing Operator experience with inserters or folders including the ability to set up and operate bindery equipment is required

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and assembling the individual pages or sections (signatures) of a book in the correct order before they are fed into the Perfect Binder machines. Our compressed work schedule is geared toward balancing work and family life. You will work 3 to 4, 12-hour days a week with opportunities for overtime (OT paid after 40 hours per week). What You’ll Do:
- Provide and document skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans and physician orders
- Perform patient assessments and create personalized care strategies that support recovery and independence
- Educate patients and families on specific medications, symptom management and lifestyle changes to promote better patient outcomes and independence in the home
- Train and support caregivers to ensure safe and effective care at home
- Deliver a broad range of hands-on care, including wound care, infusions, catheter care, pain management, medication management, vital signs, post-operative care, etc.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes

What You Need:
- Active RN license in state of residence
- Current CPR certification

Position Overview
The Hospice RN Executive Director is directly responsible for the administrative and leadership functions associated with all operations of an Aveanna branch. Additionally, the Executive Director is responsible for initiating and maintaining compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Care Agencies, and ensuring compliance with Aveanna's policies and procedures. The Executive Director is appointed by and reports to the Governing Body, also reporting to Area Vice President, AVP, and/or Area Director, AD.
Essential Job Functions
Team Management:
• Assure evaluation of each employee annually and establish goals for the upcoming year. Monitor employee progress toward established goals.
• Interview and hire competent staff as needed and approved by supervisor with emphasis on recruiting the best qualified candidates.
• Staff development including orientation, in-service education and continuing education.
• Assure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.
• Meet with supervisors at routine intervals; participate in regional meetings as requested
Client Relations:
• In collaboration with the Nursing Director, conduct intake interviews with new client families
• Participate in weekly meetings to prepare for patients coming onto services
• Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction survey report on client served
• Incident Management/Issue Resolution
Business Operations:
• Plan and implement branch growth strategies
• Thorough review of financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
• Consistently meet reporting deadlines
• Branch compliance with federal and state regulations
• In collaboration with the Client Relations Director, CRD/Client Relations Associate, CRA, visits with the various referral sources
• Ensure hiring processes are followed and recruiting efforts create output to staff clients
• Oversight if internal billing and collection efforts to generate clean claims
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED - Bachelor's dregree preferred
• Valid driver’s License
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 3 years of hospice management experience
