About the Position
We have an opportunity available for a regional class A driver that will work Monday through Friday. It will be paid by the mile and will require the employee to drive a 10-speed tractor with a short sleeper bunk within the full guidelines of the FMCSA. We have no gimmicks to offer you, we're just expanding our fleet with customer freight.

Requirements
Essential Functions:
Receive and follow dispatch orders and communicate daily when working
Pre and Post trip inspect all vehicles with no shortcuts taken
Hook up to the correct trailer as directed by dispatch
Drive vehicle on specified route observing DOT and Terminal Transport safe driving rules and regulations
Communicate with dispatch as directed, even when at home to receive dispatch information
Sleep in the sleeper bunk during all overnight breaks

Candidate Profile
The VP of Operations & Supply Chain must be a proven, highly effective leader with well-honed business skills and a history of leading operations in a growing business. This key position requires a minimum of 10 years of operations and manufacturing leadership experience in a job shop manufacturing environment.
The VP of Operations & Supply Chain must possess an understanding and passion for developing people, and a preferred candidate will possess an understanding of medical and defense industry standards for how PCBA interconnect flex circuits and Thermofoil heating solutions are produced. An undergraduate degree, ideally with a technical or business management focus is required; an advanced degree is desired.
Qualified candidates will possess a strong operations and manufacturing background with a broad understanding of customer relations, product specifications, and market conditions that affect competitiveness when dealing with engineered products. Experience managing production in compliance within a Quality Management System, with certifications (QMAS, ISO, NadCap, IPC, etc.) and a proven track record of leading Lean manufacturing improvements, implementing and sustaining 5S, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and Cell Manufacturing.
Prior management experience is desired, as is a track record of achieving superior growth and profitability results within an industry. Exceptional leadership skills are essential, characterized by a drive to succeed through staff development. NetSuite (or broad ERP) experience is a significant plus, along with a proven ability to manage resources and schedules within the system.
Additional qualifications include:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail‐oriented Buyer to support procurement activities for organizations across the Twin Cities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys vendor interaction, problem‐solving, and helping keep operations running smoothly through effective purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery.
- Manage the full purchasing process, including creating purchase orders and tracking shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to forecast material needs.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support ongoing operational success.
- Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays in collaboration with vendors and internal partners.
- Look for opportunities to improve purchasing processes and reduce overall costs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
