Position Overview:

The Animation/Motion Graphics position will design and produce 3D assets while ensuring brand consistency across digital, social, retail, PDP, in-store, and experiential environments.

 The ideal candidate blends 3D animation and motion design and can translate renderings or imagery into polished multimedia outputs.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Concept, produce, and optimize imagery, animation, and video with familiarity using AI creative tools.

- Animate and adapt assets for digital, social, retail media, ecommerce (PDP), in-store displays, and experiential environments.

- Work across disciplines (motion graphics and animation) to develop and scale content.

- Partner with cross-functional creative/marketing teams to understand workload and provide strategic input.

- Convert static renderings or imagery into dynamic, multi-format content.

 Required Skills & Tools:

- Strong proficiency in traditional creative/motion software: After Effects, Premiere, Figma motion, Blender (or other 3D tools)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced in-house creative environment; adaptable to changing priorities.

- AI tool experience a huge plus (but not required)

- Ability to take various asset types and transform them into new creative outputs.

 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-year HVAC degree preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC systems experience required
• Temperature Control Systems or Building Automation background preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to develop and interpret control sequences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Office-based role with regular computer use
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
• Standard weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)

·       Track and update company scorecard metrics weekly

·       Send custom training and consulting invoices as needed

·       Submits payroll hours to payroll service monthly, tracks employee PTO 

·       Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements monthly

 Manages sales tax collection and payments

·       Prepares year-end reports for accountant, sends 1099s yearly

·       Review and update 401K and health and business insurance as needed

·       Audit Standard Work written instructions and training across the company

·       Track LMS IT projects, provide updates to stakeholders

·       Manages phone system updates and changes

·       Other tasks and improvements as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

·       Works hard and is reliable but likes to have fun while getting things done

·       7+ years accounting admin/bookkeeping experience

·       Experience with QuickBooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·       Associates degree preferred

·       Keeping business, customer, and employee information confidential

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$55 – 65K Annual Salary
