  • Notify managers if major repairs or additions to building operating systems are needed 
  • Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties 
  • Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors and steam clean carpets

What will you do?

  • Reconcile charges and payments, input sales from multiple systems, balance accounts, review deposits, and complete all required shift‐closing reports 
  • Support guest satisfaction by scheduling services and wake‐up calls, reporting maintenance and technology issues, and responding to emergencies according to protocol 
  • Understand guest folios and adjust as needed while accurately quoting rates, making reservations, posting charges, and monitoring credit limits 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Versa PMS, Salto Key Systems, HotSOS, Duetto Loyalty, Oasis Loyalty, and other approved applications 
  • Manage front desk and housekeeping communication by answering calls promptly, recording requests, delivering supplies, and assisting with room readiness tasks

What You’ll Do:
