DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using SAP Business one accounting software.
Prepare and post journal entries and adjusting entries of day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice processing, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and new vendor verifications.
Track manufacturing costs, including labor, raw materials, and overhead allocation.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
Generate and distribute invoices, credit memos, and statements to clients as needed.
Manage inventory accounting: monitor inventory movements, reconcile physical counts monthly, and update valuation in the system.
Prepare annual budget / periodic forecasting and variance analysis utilizing SAP accounting software.
File sales tax, property tax, payroll-related tax, and other compliance reports timely.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's in Accounting or a similar field.
5+ years of professional accounting experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred.
