IN A NUTSHELL
We are seeking an entry-level Land Use Technician to support our Wireless Telecommunications and Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure teams. This role contributes to projects that help expand digital connectivity and sustainable infrastructure across communities. The Land Use Technician assists Land Use Planners and Project Managers with the coordination and administration of zoning and permitting activities required for infrastructure deployment. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. The successful candidate will communicate regularly with internal teams and municipal jurisdictions while ensuring project information remains accurate and up to date. DAY-TO-DAY
• Assist with obtaining permits for wireless telecommunications and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects
• Prepare, organize, and submit permit applications to multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain and update internal and external project tracking databases to ensure accurate reporting of project statuses and timelines
• Utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and jurisdictional resources to research site and zoning information
• Review jurisdiction ordinances and regulations to support Land Use Planners in determining zoning compliance
• Track and monitor permitting timelines and proactively follow up with jurisdictions to support project progress.
• Communicate with municipal development departments (planning, building, right-of-way, etc.), consultants, and internal teams to coordinate application requirements and provide project updates.
• Responsibilities include preparing and submitting jurisdictional applications, maintaining project tracking systems, conducting regulatory research, and supporting the overall permitting workflow.
• Prepare daily FedEx, certified mail, and standard mail submissions related to permitting documentation
• Scan, organize, title, notate, and upload project documentation into internal systems and client databases to maintain accurate records
• Participate in client deployment calls and internal project coordination meetings
• Shadow the Land Use Planners at public hearings

ABOUT THE JOB
This position’s primary focus is to provide supervision of and care for the Juvenile residents of the Collin County Juvenile Detention Facility. This includes;
- Conducting intake and release of juveniles.
- Conducting searches.
- Setting expectations for resident juvenile’s behavior.
- Monitoring and managing resident’s behavior.
- Handle physical interventions when other interventions fail.
- Ensures juveniles receive meals, clothing, hygiene products and other necessities.
- Escorts juveniles to visitation areas, court, school, group counseling or medical visits.
- Mentors juveniles and designs programs that help them work off their community service hours and develop skills for future employment.
- Related duties as needed.
- Work is performed under the direction of the Lead Juvenile Supervision Officer.
WHO WE NEED:
All candidates must have:
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations, enforce rules and discipline as outlined by policy, and provide a safe and caring yet firm environment for residents of the Juvenile Detention Facility.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- The ability to earn a Juvenile Supervision Officer certification within six (6) months of employment.
- A valid Texas’s Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a professional or leadership role, such as social work, coaching, children’s advocacy, or education.
You must be available for one of the following schedules in order to work as a Juvenile Supervision Officer.
The hours of each schedule type are as follows:
DAY SHIFT: 6:45am – 715pm
NIGHT SHIFT: 6:45pm – 7:15am
SWING SHIFT: 9:45am – 10:15pm
The days on each schedule are one of the following:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday OR
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday.
Must be able to work a schedule that includes some weekend work. Juvenile Supervision Officer schedules are 12 hour shifts, 3/4 days per week for a total of 84 hours per 2 week period. The hire process includes a polygraph exam and psychological evaluation.

Position Summary
The Project Estimator – Fencing is responsible for conducting on-site evaluations and preparing accurate, professional project estimates for residential and light commercial fencing projects.
This role serves as the primary in-person representative of the company during the estimate process. The estimator must provide a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-friendly experience that builds trust and confidence in the company’s services.
While this position does not involve cold calling, prospecting, or high-pressure sales, the estimator plays a critical role in influencing customer decisions through accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication. Final approval and acceptance of estimates are completed through the company’s project management system.
All estimate appointments are generated and scheduled by the company through business development efforts and inbound marketing sources (Google Ads, Thumbtack, direct calls, etc.).
This is an on-site role based out of the McKinney, TX office. Depending on the daily schedule, the estimator may begin the workday at the office or travel directly to a scheduled customer appointment. Consistent communication, responsiveness, and accountability throughout the workday are required.
