The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Salary and Benefits Annual Base Salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows: GL-5/GL-7 $49,739
- $89,518 per year Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others.
