Serve as a clinical education resource and mentor, collaborating with Nurse Residency educators when applicable and promoting professional growth across emergency and transport nursing teams.

Participate in organization-wide initiatives, shared governance, and system education efforts while completing assigned Nursing Education Specialist responsibilities aligned with UW Health priorities.

Provide expertise and resources in the area of support; for this position, three years of emergency medicine nursing experience (emergency room, critical care transport, and/or med flight) is highly preferred as well as experience in nursing education.
