Job Description:

As a Courier at FedEx, you will be responsible for transporting packages between FedEx facilities and customer locations. You will ensure that all packages are delivered safely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting the overall logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport packages between FedEx facilities and customer locations.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
- Follow a predetermined route and schedule.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The maintenance position is vital to the overall cleanliness and first impression of the Guests. Our maintenance staff is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of our building.

• Cleans and maintains all ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents.
• Cleans and maintains all mats.
• Empties trash and cleans and maintains trash cans.
• Cleans and maintains back dock area.
• Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to early communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
• Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Joining us as an Associate Team Leader, you'll support a single retail office during tax season to consistently exceed client expectations and provide daily operations direction for the tax office. • Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to the client service experience, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary
• Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns
• Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary
• Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience
• Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates are scheduled, and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
• Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates

Your expertise:

• Prior experience working in customer service or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations
• Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week and flexibility based on business needs
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher

As the Sales Floor Supervisor you are accountable for driving customer service to achieve profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing company merchandise standards and execution. You will train and develop associates to execute sales building programs. Primary responsibilities include:
