We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of multiple construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, material coordination, fabrication tracking, and project close-out
• Assist with project documentation, submittals, change orders, and status updates
• Coordinate internally with Estimating, Drafting, Shop, and Field teams
• Attend and document internal project meetings and track action items
• Retrieve and organize project files and documentation

Requirements

Medical Assistant

• Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.
• Demonstrates current level of knowledge of various payor regulations by functioning within those guidelines.
