This is an outpatient opportunity with after-hours calls and Saturday office hours shared between providers. Calls only reach the physician after being screened by our excellent after-hours nurse triage phone line which handles more than 90% of the calls. This location is part of the Akron Children's North Canton Health Center bringing together pediatric primary care, over a dozen of the most in-demand pediatric specialty care practices, and rehabilitation services in one convenient location. Position Summary:
The Service Desk Technician has primary responsibility to provide desktop support for a broad range of technologies and end-users across multiple areas of the business. This role responds to reported incidents, problems and requests with accuracy and in a timely fashion. The Service Desk Technician is responsible for answering IT requests via phone or email and provide solutions by explaining resolutions clearly and concisely to internal customers. Essential Functions
· Provide first level technical support for store and home office personnel.
· Provide Workstation/Laptop support for store and home office personnel.
· Provide hardware support for stores and home office personnel (including but not limited to desktops, laptops, peripherals, multi-function printers, VoIP phones, tablets, and smartphones).
· Provide software support for critical and non-critical business applications for store and home office personnel.
· Provide user account support including provisioning, deprovision, and maintenance for network and application systems.
· Communicate with software/hardware vendors to resolve more complex issues.
· Track software/hardware licensing and support in IT Asset Management solution.
· Document and record all issues in IT Service Management solution (ITSM).
· Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators as needed.
· Create, follow, and maintain detailed standard IT operating procedures to ensure efficient and repeatable processes.
· Assist with IT projects and objectives as needed.
Key Competencies:
· Proficient using Microsoft Windows 11 as day-to-day Operating System.

As a member of our team, we are seeking a dependable and organized CDL-A truck driver who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina. As a CDL A Linehaul Driver, the successful candidate will primarily drive during overnight hours from terminal-to-terminal. This individual will work as part of the team in providing delivery of our products to our smaller warehouses and picking up product from our suppliers. We ask that all our CDL A drivers perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all federal, state and local regulations for the safe operations of a commercial motor vehicle. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record. This position is full-time working four days a week, Monday through Thursday on second shift (approximately 5:30 pm - 2:30 am). The Accounting Associate is responsible for maintaining all accounting records and producing timely reports, analysis, and statements in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles.
Principal Accountabilities:

- Post, validate, and process accounts payable transactions including the preparation of batch payment.
