Position Summary:
The Service Desk Technician has primary responsibility to provide desktop support for a broad range of technologies and end-users across multiple areas of the business. This role responds to reported incidents, problems and requests with accuracy and in a timely fashion. The Service Desk Technician is responsible for answering IT requests via phone or email and provide solutions by explaining resolutions clearly and concisely to internal customers. Essential Functions
· Provide first level technical support for store and home office personnel.
· Provide Workstation/Laptop support for store and home office personnel.

· Provide software support for critical and non-critical business applications for store and home office personnel.

· Track software/hardware licensing and support in IT Asset Management solution.

Role Description
This is a part time/full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role located at Nickajack Farms in North Lawrence, OH. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, maintaining open communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing event logistics, and supporting sales efforts to maximize client satisfaction. The role works closely with staff and vendors to ensure seamless event experiences from start to finish.

The Accounting Associate is responsible for maintaining all accounting records and producing timely reports, analysis, and statements in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Post entries accurately and completely to the general ledger. Verify and balance general ledger accounts.
- Post, validate, and process accounts payable transactions including the preparation of batch payment.
- Post, audit and collect accounts receivable transactions by making adjustments and corrections as appropriate.
- Provide support with the processing of weekly hourly payroll.
- Assist in the preparations of month-end closings of the financials for the plant.

The Class A Truck Driver III will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to designated destinations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of over 26,000 lbs. or more and tow a vehicle or trailer that exceeds 10,000 lbs., in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Safely load and unload cargo, ensuring that it is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Plan routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing fuel efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including driver logs, mileage, and delivery receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or delays.
