EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a role where interacting with the public is highly important (event marketing, tour guide, teacher, instructor, etc.), have a creative eye for retail merchandising, and be strongly committed to providing an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about quickly gaining an in-depth understanding of TCHO products, manufacturing processes, Direct Trade sourcing program, history and philosophy, and have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to educate and engage both visitors and retail team employees about TCHO.

  • 2+ years of experience in a highly public role (event marketing, tour guide, teacher, instructor, etc.)
  • Professional or personal experience in event planning or educational communication is preferred

  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
  • Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
    • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
  • Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

This is a full-time role based in Berkeley, CA at our Berkeley Shattuck office.

The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
