This is a full-time, on-site position in New Orleans, LA, for the role of Operations Shift Supervisor. The Operations Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate staff, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising team members, delegating tasks, resolving operational issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in leading teams and managing staff effectively
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to streamline workflows and maintain efficiency
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with team members, stakeholders, and customers
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality
• Experience in waste management or logistics is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
