Seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join talented team just outside of Salem, OR.

  • Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day
  • Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care
  • From birth to acute concerns and chronic illness
  • Number of patients seen per day: 15 ? 18
  • EMR is EPIC
  • Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week
  • Each clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers
