Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Onsite Role
Responsibilities:
- Inspects incoming product (components, subassemblies, labeling, finished goods) in accordance with internal facility standard operating procedures/work instructions or Part/Product Specifications.
- Inspects client manufactured, packaged, and labeled product in accordance with internal facility standard operating procedures/work instructions or Product Specifications.
- Follow documented procedures or test procedures to evaluate identified characteristics for conformance to product specifications via visual inspections (aided or unaided eye), functional testing, or physical testing via visual measurement system or Instron tensile equipment.
- Maintains accurate, legible, and organized records of performed inspections in compliance with Good Documentation Practices and properly prepares / reviews inspection paperwork.
- Prepares nonconformance documentation (where appropriate).
- Following Component Specification/Inspection Requirements appropriately determine sample size via statistical sampling plan (ASQ Z1.4 or C=0 plans); properly samples product in accordance with procedures/ specifications.
- Properly identifies and segregates product as to its inspection status (Pending, Reject, Accept etc.).
- Promote and adhere to Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices (cGMP cGDP), and other applicable standards.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma with relevant work experience (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
- Must have 1 or more years’ experience in medical device manufacturing QA/QC: inspection and/or verification of incoming materials, production samples, packaging samples, and/or labeling samples.
- Ability to use common measurement equipment (e.g., pin gauges, calipers, micrometers, visual measurement systems, steel rulers, and Instron tensile testing equipment).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specs and capable of distinguishing between colors (component distinction and printed labeling).
- Experience working in both English and Metric systems of units.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and electronic documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Freight Invoice & Carrier Payment Management
- Review, process, and manage freight invoices within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

- Review logistics leakage and margin reports to help protect profitability.
- Support system training and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to improve processes, challenge inefficiencies, and implement best practices.
Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare monthly freight P&L reporting to provide visibility into logistics spend and performance.
- Identify trends, concerns, and required corrective actions such as credits, rebills, or special billing requests.

Compliance, Safety & Professional Development

Responsibilities:About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

Role Description:
The purpose of a Behavioral Health Specialist at Oak Street Health is to provide care management services and to provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy to our patients with behavioral health needs. - Develop care plans and provide or facilitate referrals to Oak Street’s psychiatric consultant and/or external resources
- Provide short-term counseling and evidence-based treatments
- Coordinate care with Oak Street’s psychiatric consultant, including warm handoffs for telehealth visits and collaboration on care plans
- Develop relationships with primary care teams and consistently communicate changes in behavioral health care plans
- Accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and counseling sessions in Oak Street’s electronic medical record
- Participate in regional and organizational efforts to advance Oak Street’s Behavioral Health Program through workshops, feedback sessions, and surveys
- Possibly covering multiple clinics, depending on the maturity and panel sizes of those clinics
- Other duties, as assigned
What are we looking for?
Required:
- Master’s Degree in the field of mental health counseling/healing arts required from an accredited school (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Highest clinical level of license (or local equivalent)
- Experience with screening for common mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving, Cognitive Behavioral, etc.)
- US work authorization
Strongly Preferred:
- Proficiency in providing brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Cognitive Behavioral)
- Working knowledge of differential diagnoses of common mental health and/or substance use disorders
Preferred:
- Proficient PC skills

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,095.00 - $129,615.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
