Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative for a 6+ month contract assignment in Plymouth, MN. This role is hybrid. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Job Summary:
As a member of the Service and Operations Support Team, the Customer Support Representative (CSR) β Tier 1 will support Outfitter and Dealer daily operations. The CSR β Tier 1 is responsible for providing first line outfitter support by phone and email and escalating as appropriate. The Customer Support Representative Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Outfitter Support
- Operate as the first point of contact for Outfitters (B2B) via CRM and phone system.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to daily Outfitter program inquiries.
- Provide ad-hoc training to Outfitters related to adventure tools and processes such as MPWR Book, MPWR Learn, Check In/Out Process, Insurances, Accounting, and Program policies.
- Communicate pertinent information about Outfitters/Members to leadership team. Details may include competitive intelligence, expansion and growth initiatives, marketing activities, and support trend/concerns.
- Ability to recognize unique situations and escalate as needed.
- Partner with Regional Account Managers to build long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally with all internal teams.

Member Support
- Provides a premium experience for the membership program. Empowered to resolve issues and deliver solutions that create positive customer interaction.
- Operates as the first point of contact for customer support; handling inquiries and requests from members and handing off leads to the Sales team.
- Facilitates member reservations; familiar with catalog offerings, knowledgeable of process and requirements, maintains accurate reservation data, and supports member bookings.
Xchange Team Support
- Tier 1 support for the Xchange team via case platform.
Internal Team Support
- Assist internal teams on data entry and other ad-hoc projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
β’ Evaluating and approving parts to ensure compliance with requirements
β’ Inspect, analyse, potentially rework, review, test and disposition components to ensure functionality
β’ Perform both design and project tasks related to the inspection, testing, and production support of implantable orthopedic devices and associated non-implantable delivery instruments
β’ Assist in research and development of new components, assemblies, and processes to support product development and continuation activities
β’ Perform dimensional, strength of materials, mechanism movement, and/or manufacturability analysis
β’ Generate test methods and protocols, perform tests, analyze data, generate reports for product verification, and present findings as needed to cross-functional stakeholders
β’ Perform various product engineering tasks as necessary to support R&D and operations
β’ Communicate updates to the program manager and other various cross-functional team members as it relates to task completion and schedule adherence relative to overall business goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications

Job Title : Aviation Electronics, Electrical & Computer Systems Technician (AE/AT) Category / Component : Enlisted β’ Active Overview Aviation Electronics, Electrical and Computer Systems Technicians keep Navy aircraft mission ready by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical power, avionics, and computer based systems that enable radar, communications, navigation, flight controls, and weapons at sea and ashore.
Qualified Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen and perform in flight systems operations and mission support.
Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems including digital computers, fiber optics, radar, laser electronics, infrared detection, and communications and navigation suites; maintain aircraft electrical power generation and distribution systems; test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls; perform micro miniature circuit card repair for qualified technicians; install modifications and upgrades to aircraft avionics and electrical systems; use diagnostic equipment and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to restore systems to full mission capability.
What to Expect A mix of hands on flight line maintenance and bench diagnostics in hangars, avionics shops, and aboard aircraft carriers; frequent troubleshooting under time pressure to return aircraft to service; work around high tempo flight operations with rotating shifts, nights, and weekends while deployed; strict adherence to safety, tool control, foreign object damage prevention, tag out procedures, and quality assurance standards; opportunities to qualify as a work center leader or collateral duty inspector as you gain experience.
Work Environment Assignments with squadrons at naval air stations and aboard aircraft carriers worldwide; work in hangars, avionics labs, and outdoors on flight lines in all weather conditions and high noise environments; close teamwork with other aviation ratings and aircrew in a structured maintenance organization; potential temporary duty with detachments and deployments supporting carrier or expeditionary operations.
Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Class A School in Pensacola, Florida, covering aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics fundamentals, and technical skills; assignment after A School into either the Aviation Electrician's Mate or Aviation Electronics Technician rating based on performance and Navy needs; advanced platform specific schools for particular aircraft and mission systems; opportunities to qualify for micro miniature repair and, for volunteers who qualify, to attend Naval Aircrew training.
Enlist for the Aviation Electronics and Electrical pipeline, with final placement into AE or AT after A School based on performance and service needs; qualified Sailors may later volunteer for Naval Aircrew duty after initial rating qualification and screening.
Qualifications All Navy jobs require meeting general enlistment or commissioning standards, which typically include: Eligibility to serve in the United States Navy, which may involve United States citizenship or other legal residency and work status, depending on the program and current law and policy A high school diploma or equivalent for enlisted positions, and a bachelor's or qualifying professional degree for officer positions Meeting age limits that vary by program and are set in law and Navy policy.

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain machinery while performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Duties of the maintenance technician position:
- Utilize a variety of tools, including standard hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical/electronic testing devices
- Assemble, install, and repair machinery, equipment, and related systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Start, operate, and monitor machinery to detect and address operational abnormalities

- Calibrate and fine-tune machine controls
- Adhere to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety protocols
