The Buyer/Planner coordinates activities involved with planning and procuring goods and services for multiple product lines. • Complete purchase requests with domestic and international suppliers by inputting purchase orders, expediting deliveries, and verifying all transactions.
• Handle correspondence concerning over-shipments, delivery shortages, changes in quantity, delivery dates, and prices and report such changes to the interested parties in a timely manner as required.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and involved departments to resolve procurement-related problems.
• Source new products to meet new product launch timelines.
• Authorize payment for purchases by reviewing invoices and related documentation.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels consistent with inventory goals and as set by management.

The Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction. Pay Range: $21.00 - $36.62. Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. • Commission: Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Upgrades range from $3-$8, depending on the service. Our top performers typically earn an additional $6-$9 per hour from upgrades.
• Tips: Enjoy average tips ranging from 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. Credit card tips come directly to you via our partner, Tippy. The average tip on our base service is $20-$30 and goes up incrementally with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings: With our competitive base rate and uncapped commission structure, our full-time high performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, depending on individual performance (based on 30 service hours/week). Our part-time high performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $33,000 to $44,000, depending on individual performance (based on 15 service hours/week).

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers.
