Schedule: Typical dispatch times are between 12 AM and 2 AM The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Portland Metro area. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To: Accurately check invoices as you make deliveriesLoad and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jackAttention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentPerform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each deliveryAssist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customersPromote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleaguesProfessionally maintained, reliable and safe equipmentPalletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gateAll other duties as requested or assigned
Required Skills and Experience Candidates must have at least one (1) full year of verifiable experience operating a Class A vehicle for insurance purposesMust be at least 23 years of age for insurance purposesValid Class A CDL and medical cardInterstate qualification, registeredDemonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shiftPer DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand EnglishSatisfactory driving record All job offers for this position are contingent upon passing a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen (includes THC), and company road test.
