About the Role

As part of our next chapter of growth, Pink Lily is looking for a product-driven merchant who understands the customer, moves fast, and knows how to drive revenue through product.

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a multi-million-dollar ecommerce brand alongside the Founder.

What You’ll Own

• Own assortment planning across key categories (loungewear, sweaters, denim, athleisure, everyday basics)

• Analyze weekly sales performance and adjust buys in real-time

• Identify winning styles and scale into depth quickly

• Partner with vendors to develop products aligned with customer demand

• Manage pricing, margin, and promotional strategy in partnership with leadership

• Ensure product reflects the Pink Lily customer (not just trends)

• Collaborate with marketing on product launches and storytelling

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years in merchandising/buying (preferably ecommerce or fast fashion)

• Strong understanding of product that sells, not just looks good

• Experience reading data (sell-through, AUR, margin, conversion)

• Ability to move quickly and make decisions without overthinking

• Strong taste level aligned with a feminine, wearable, everyday customer

• Highly collaborative and positive — we are rebuilding culture
