Specific responsibilities for the social worker position include:


  • Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intake assessments,

treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional

and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and other members

of the client’s care team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

  • Provide psychoeducation and coping strategies to clients and families to support

long-term mental health.
