We're looking for an experienced Laser / Punch Press Operator to join a small, tight-knit second shift team at a precision fabrication shop in Boulder County. This shop works primarily in aerospace and oil & gas, doing high-quality sheet metal fabrication in an AS9100-certified environment.
This is a family-owned company with a clean, well-organized shop and a team that really knows how to get things done. Many people have been here 20+ years, so you're stepping into a stable, low-turnover environment where the leadership truly cares about the team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate CNC punch press and/or laser cutting machines for sheet metal production
- Set up and run jobs according to production requirements and work instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
What You'll Need:
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Hands-on experience with CNC punch press or laser cutting equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term

Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases.
