Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cases arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Experience in collecting commercial debts and independently handling a defense litigation caseload is a plus.

About The Role

Night Food Production Manager

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base + 10% target bonus

With only two managers in the building overnight, the position requires sound judgment, calm decision‐making, and consistent follow‐through. This role supports production by developing and maintaining testing methods, evaluating product performance, and assisting with troubleshooting efforts when issues arise during manufacturing. The position works closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to help maintain product reliability and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain testing approaches used to verify the functionality and performance of electronic circuit boards and related assemblies. This may include the development or support of functional testing, board-level verification, and system-level validation activities.

Support production testing by executing defined procedures and confirming that products meet technical specifications and internal quality requirements before release.

Investigate test failures or irregular performance observed during production. Work with design, manufacturing, and quality personnel to identify the source of issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Review and interpret test results to identify trends, recurring defects, or potential areas for improvement within the manufacturing process.

Overview:

We are a 13-bed unit with 4 overflow antepartum rooms, 2 OR suites and a new 4 bed OB-ED. We have 24/7 coverage by a Hospitalist, along with a great group of physicians. Any laboring mom or preterm mom greater than 20 weeks may be seen on this unit; along with postpartum moms needing to be readmitted. Our goal is to adhere to the AWHONN standards. We closely monitor staffing to patient census which means-1:2 laboring patients, 1:1 active labor or C-section, 1:3 antepartum patients and 1:4 triage/OB-ED. We provide patient centered care as the entire health care team work together to care for mother and baby.
