Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Senior Manager of Product to create ROI models (when needed)
  • Translate scattered backlog into strategic themes.
  • Research & Validation Leadership
  • Lead customer research: interviews, usability tests, concept validation, and prototype creation/feedback.
  • Leverage call center data, QM analytics, and operational insights to validate root causes.
  • Works with Senior Manager of Product to identify regulatory constraints affecting the solution space.
  • Product service blueprints, journey maps, business rule definition and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Stakeholder & Scope Management
  • Aligns with Domain PMs to understand end-to-end journey impacts and constraints early.
  • Works with Domain PMs to define MVP boundaries and ensure IT estimates are based on realistic, validated scope.
  • Ensure all discovery artifacts are aligned before transitioning work to estimation or execution.


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5+ years in Discovery, UX Research, Product Strategy, and Service Design
  • Strong skills in blueprinting, journey mapping, and early-stage prototyping
  • Ability to translate user needs and operational insights into business value.
  • Strong synthesis, facilitation, and problem-facing capabilities

The Senior Manager of Trade Marketing is a vital role within the Naturium marketing team. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative omnichannel go-to-market strategies that will enable Naturium to breakthrough the highly competitive beauty environment. It is essential this candidate demonstrate key cultural practices of growth, positivity, honesty, curiosity, innovation, speed, agility and collaboration. Peer collaboration is extremely important as this pivotal team member needs the collective support of the Naturium brand, creative, media and sales organization to support their strategic vision. This candidate must be an innovation driver. The role oversees a sizeable portion of brand spend that has to be deployed in a way that keeps Naturium ahead of its competition.
Responsibilities:

  • Global Trade Strategy: responsible for partnering with Senior Manager of Trade Marketing to develop and execute the global trade strategy with a focus on how to be best-in-class animators with key trade partners in the US, UK, CA, Australia and more
  • Retailer trade plans: responsible for developing high impact trade plans at key retailers that breakthrough the highly competitive retailer digital and POS ecosystems
  • Go to market: responsible for partnering with Sr. Manager Trade Marketing, brand marketing, and sales leads to guarantee the perfect execution of all trade animation

  • Proven success in developing and executing retailer-specific trade strategies across digital and physical retail environments.

The Experiential team is a group bringing bold ideas to life and treats every opportunity as a way to create unforgettable moments of joy for e.l.f.ies everywhere. We’re looking for a highly organized, detailed oriented Experiential Marketing Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes to make it all happen.
This role serves as the operational backbone supporting the experience team across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and emerging brand verticals, ensuring our events run smoothly from strategy through execution.
This role is rooted in operational excellence, supporting the team from strategy to execution by owning the details, managing the logistics, tracking details, and removing busywork so the team can focus on creative and big-picture thinking. You won’t be building the strategy (yet). You’ll be helping to bring it to life.
If you’re typically the social chair of the group, love a checklist, timelines, travel and hospitality planning, and being the person who like to keep things on track, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:

  • Event Logistics Support
  • Coordinate event travel bookings (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for team members and partners and managing travel communications across the team.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding.
  • In partnership with Associate Manager, manage shipment logistics, inventory list, and building detailed product planning.
  • Help maintain run-of-shows, invite coordination, contact sheets, and face sheets that serve our events.
  • Attend meetings and provide meeting notes with action items.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of event and product look book.
  • Assist with onsite event needs when applicable.


  • Product, Event Inventory, and Storage Management


  • Maintain accurate product inventory across event storage spaces, product rooms, and on-hand activation materials.
  • Oversee product room organization, cleanliness, and accessibility. Ensure products are properly labeled, shelved, and rotated to reduce waste or expiration concerns.
  • Coordinate replenishment needs in partnership with Experiential, Office Ops, and Warehouse teams.
  • Manage event storage room operations, including tracking what assets live where and confirming timely returns post-activation.
  • Support fulfillment and packing for event product orders, kits, and replenishments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date storage and asset logs with detailed counts, movement tracking, and usage summaries.

SKIN and emerging new verticals. This role is highly hands-on and focused on creator sourcing, gifting operations, in-office experiences, content tracking, and reporting. You'll play a key role in building and nurturing authentic creator relationships while helping scale organic influencer programs in new and growing categories.
Responsibilities:
  • Creator Sourcing & Vetting
  • Identify and evaluate creators relevant to current brand priorities across platforms, assessing tier, niche, audience fit, and engagement
  • Verify creator contact and address details and secure consent for gifting
  • Maintain accurate creator profiles in Tribe and CreatorIQ, including platforms, category fit, location, and internal notes

  • PR List Expansion & Hygiene
  • Add and maintain qualified creators with complete and accurate data (email, address, platform links)
  • Build weekly creator send lists aligned to product priorities and individual creator preferences
  • Coordinate pick, pack, and ship workflows with operations, including labeling, insertions, and timing
  • Track deliveries, follow-ups, and any issues (returns, damages) to resolution

  • In-Office Creator Visits
  • Source, schedule, and host two creator office visits per week aligned to brand and category priorities
  • Prepare agendas including product education, sampling, and content capture opportunities
  • Capture meeting notes, interest signals, and next steps; update creator cohort status

  • Content Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor creator posts and stories resulting from mailers and meetings; capture links, formats, and basic engagement metrics
  • Identify high-potential creators for future relationship development
  • Prepare weekly content recaps highlighting top-performing organic creator content
  • Maintain weekly trackers summarizing send-outs, meetings, content surfaced, and progress versus goals
  • Deliver concise weekly readouts with insights, risks, needs, and upcoming plans
  • Prepare a final internship presentation highlighting impact, learnings, and recommendations for future organic community growth
Requirements:
  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 17th - August 21st
  • Available for in-office work at least three days per week
  • Clear communicator, comfortable engaging with creators and internal partners
  • Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple work streams, calendars, and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, especially related to data hygiene, addresses, and mailer quality assurance
  • Research-savvy with experience discovering and vetting creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

e.l.f. Beauty is looking for a digital insights rockstar to join our dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, digital marketing, and ecommerce performance, with a consumer first mindset. This person is highly self-motivated, curious, and strategic yet detail-oriented, with a passion for analyzing data, surfacing insights, and storytelling with data to drive business decisions. This person also has the technical skills associated with querying large data sets and extracting and synthesizing data and insights from disparate data sources and analytics tools. The position will report directly to the Assistant Vice President, Market & Business Insights.
The Associate Director, Digital Insights & Analytics will build rigorous measurement frameworks and deeply analyze the digital consumer by institutionalizing standardized journey, behavior, and campaign performance models that optimize our online experience and drive conversions. The role will drive predictive analytics to propose high-impact audience targeting strategies for segmentation and personalizationβ€”including propensity modeling, next-best-action, and lifetime value frameworksβ€”to enhance acquisition, retention, and conversion outcomes. This role will be responsible for the aggregating and sharing of digital learnings across brands across paid, owned, and CRM channels, and will translate complex analyses into concise, visually compelling executive-ready decks, dashboards, and story-driven narratives that clearly articulate the β€œso what,” escalate recommended actions with owners and timelines, and enforce cross-functional accountability through a continuous test–learn–scale cadence that reduces friction, improves incrementality, and aligns teams to north-star metrics for sustainable, profitable growth. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with web/mobile analytics reporting and analysis. Experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on ecommerce and digital marketing analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to focus on both strategy and execution.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and campaign performance measurement, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in developing/maintaining analytics dashboards and developing/maintaining reporting tools for self-serve reporting.
  • Passionate about customer-centricity and data-driven strategy, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional at finding trends in the data, articulating the β€œso what,” and translating insights into strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and data story-telling skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in defining metrics and KPIs, visualizing and presenting results, and tying insights back into business strategies and goals.

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals.
