Responsibilities
As a Flight Software Engineer, you will develop highly deterministic C++ software in a bare metal environment that works with sensors & control systems, robustly handles system faults, and integrates with other vehicle subsystems. Responsibilities
In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will be involved in all phases of development from conception to production, designing your algorithms in Matlab, Python, and implementation in C++ on the target hardware. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. You will support the integration of the radar on the aircraft and support data collection and analysis during flight testing. You will be the owner of real-time processing of radar algorithms on an FPGA, DSP-based platform.
Basic Success Criteria

This team is responsible for building the pilot-facing application software that is used to command the aircraft's advanced automation systems - both onboard, and remotely. Responsibilities
In your role as a Displays Software Engineer, your primary focus will be designing, architecting, and building a variety of real-time user interface applications for controlling our automated aircraft systems. These can range from real-time embedded UIs on aviation-grade hardware to browser-based applications. All of these applications will support our work to build a fully certified system in multiple ways: they will serve as a platform for rapidly prototyping different workflows and designs; they will be directly used in our ongoing experimental test flight programs; and they will ultimately serve as a reference implementation for our certified displays and controls. You will have ownership over the entire lifecycle of these applications, and will work with software engineers and designers within the team, as well as systems engineers and pilots to build systems that are safe, user-centered, and certifiable.

As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer, you will develop the test cases to support the test verification processes ensuring that the aviation products we develop are safe to fly and help provide a high-fidelity training environment for our flight-test crews.
Responsibilities
As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer on the Simulation and Test Systems team, you will be instrumental in testing and deploying autonomous aircraft software. The Simulation and Test Systems team architects, builds, and maintains the hardware and software infrastructure necessary to verify aircraft performance prior to flight testing. Your responsibilities include verifying flight software functionality across diverse integrated test environments, such as software-in-the-loop (SIL), hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), and on-aircraft testing. You will also author and execute test procedures for on-ground aircraft testing.
A key part of this role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated test scripts within our test ecosystem. These scripts will support functional testing and requirements-driven software tests necessary for FAA certification.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position. You will coordinate with engineering teams throughout the company to develop test plans, execute tests, investigate issues, and drive problems to closure. You will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of test and simulation equipment.

As a System Integration Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will work on a team with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, reporting to the system integration engineering manager. Responsibilities
In your role as a system integration engineer, you will get to own vehicle level projects through the planning, design, and testing phases of development. You will own a large breadth of projects from primary flight control hardware, data acquisition hardware, hardware in the loop testing, ground station development, and integration with the software and human machine interface teams. You will be responsible for guiding the schedule and sequencing of large integration projects with significant ownership of which aircraft functions are the highest priority to be integrated and tested on vehicle.

Responsibilities
In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. Define and document mission-related aspects of future aircraft operation using insight from a pilot's perspective
Define and communicate strategies and plans for type certification and operational approval
Develop training and support documents needed to deploy autonomous systems in an operational environment

Basic Success Criteria

FAA-Certificated Pilot (Commercial, or Airline Transport) or Dispatcher with two or more years of operational experience under 14 CFR * 135, 14 CFR * 121 or Corporate Flight Operations
Broad experience from 7+ years of designing various systems, integrations, and testing of complex safety-critical aerospace systems or equivalent technology
Preferred Criteria

The Simulation and Test Systems team is responsible for building the infrastructure necessary to enable the development, test, and deployment of our autonomous aircraft software. You will work closely with the hardware-in-the-loop test environments, high-fidelity physics simulation stack, and cloud-based Monte-Carlo infrastructure to enable the millions of flight equivalent hours necessary to certify our aviation products. You will drive the vehicle-level design, testing, and integration of avionics hardware, including computing, sensing, actuation, communication, power, and display systems. You will work across engineering teams and will implement an electrical system design that meets system-level and certification requirements. You will be the owner of multiple components (IMUs, air data computers, batteries) and will be responsible for how they are installed in the aircraft, verified, and certified at the aircraft level.
